If you reach your contact limit, you’ll be able to continue messaging contacts who already have existing conversations with your business, but you won’t be able to start new ones. At any time, you can upgrade your We Chatt AI pricing plan to increase this limit.
What happens if I hit my Bulk Messages limit?
Once you have reached your monthly Bulk Messages limit, you will not be able to send any additional Bulk Messages until the start of the following month. However, you can upgrade your limit at any time to send more Bulk Messages.
What's included in the base 10DLC fee?
The base 10DLC of $5/month/location includes 3 message segments per second and up to 2,000 T-mobile messages per day per location.
